Activities that can be carried out in the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility KA107

 

The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility KA107 supports the mobility of people enrolled or employed in higher education institutions, both European and non-European countries, and supports the following types of mobility:

This mobility can be carried out by students of all study cycles (undergraduate, master and doctorate) with a duration ranging from 3 months (minimum) up to 12 months

Learning Agreement for Studies_eng

Learning Agreement for Traineeships_eng

Students before departure must:

• Fill the Learning Agreement for Studies – Before the Mobility, which establishes the study program to be followed abroad which is signed and approved by student, home institution and host institution.

• Stipulate a financial agreement, covering the mobility period, signed by the home institution and the student.

• The host Institution gives out the students a certificate, stating the duration of the mobility as well as the academic results achieved. Learning Agreement for Studies – After the Mobility.

• The home institution must give full recognition to the activity performed and certified using the ECTS system or, if not available, an equivalent system; -Registration in the Diploma Supplement of the activities carried out during the mobility.


 

In this case the mobility can be realized by students of all the study cycles (undergraduate, master and doctorate). The mobility period can last from 2 to 12 months.

This mobility allows teaching staff to work at a higher education institution partner abroad for a period ranging from 5 days to 2 months. The teaching activity must include at least 8 hours of teaching per week.

Staff Mobility for Teaching – Mobility Agreement_eng

• Request for Authorization to carry out the mobility signed by the Director of the Department.
• Staff Mobility for Teaching – Mobility Agreement: completed in its entirety and countersigned by the host University.
• Grant Agreement: completed in all its parts and countersigned.

 

• Teaching certificate: at the end of the mobility, the host institution will have to give out a certificate, stamped and signed, which indicates the starting and ending dates of the mobility, the dates of the lessons and the number of teaching hours.
• Request for reimbursement of expenses: completed, signed with the expense receipts.

The staff mobility for training supports the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff in higher education institutions in the form of training events abroad for a period ranging from 5 days to 2 months.

Mobility for Training – Mobility Agreement_eng

• Authorization request to carry out the mission signed by the responsible person of the institution.
• Staff Mobility for Training – Mobility Agreement: completed in all its parts and countersigned by the host University.
• Grant Agreement for training completed in all its parts and countersigned.

 

• At the end of the mobility, the host Institution will have to give out a certificate, stamped and signed, in which the dates of beginning and end of the mobility are indicated.
• Request for reimbursement of expenses: completed, signed with the expense receipt.

The mobility of students and staff can take place in any subject area or academic discipline.

Staff teaching and training activities can be combined. For students, a period of study and training can also be combined, for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months for each level of study.

For the participant in of the mobility activities, a community contribution is provided : an individual support, defined on the basis of the following table, and a contribution for travel expenses, defined on the basis of the distance in kilometers.

Mobility participants can also only benefit from Erasmus status (without scholarship). Erasmus + KA 107 students have the opportunity to attend courses and to take advantage of the facilities available at the host institution without additional fees; furthermore, during their mobility period, they can receive a national scholarships and / or loans are maintained. National Authorities and / or the sending institution can also provide a co-financing contributions.
