Main objectives:
- Increase the number and quality of international students enrolled in the courses offered by UNIPI;
- Increase the number of students in mobility, by attracting international students and encouraging the outgoing mobility of students enrolled at UNIPI;
- Increase the number of courses taught by foreign professors;
- Increase the number of courses available in English;
- Support UNIPI professor’s performance in high-level training activities abroad.
Requirements for Partipation
In order to participate in the Erasmus + Program, an essential requirement is the possession of the ECHE Card (ERASMUS CHARTER FOR HIGHER EDUCATION). UNIPI received the Erasmus + Chart in 2014, since then it has committed itself to respecting the fundamental principles of European programs and their values. The eligible countries are divided into two groups: the countries participating in the program and the partner countries. While the program countries can participate in all actions of the Erasmus + program, the partner counties can only take part in some of them and they are subject to specific conditions.
